# How to email to the Whole Group?

There are a few groups in the Discourse. Say it’s GroupA, GroupB, GroupC.

When I write a new post and want to email such post to all the Group member. Can I just write an post and then @GroupA . Will the post be mailed to all the members in GroupA?

If it can’t, how to achieve such gole?

Yes. Unless they have changed their settings to not get notifications.

But, I tried such action, nothing happened.

How could that be?

When I notify @GroupA, it will be notified by which way? The forum notification? or Email.  
I tried, but seems the emails are not sent?

If you have separate categories for each group then it may help you
