# How to Enable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Pages in Discourse?

Have you entered something in the `company_name` site setting?

Entering something will create the topics the information is taken from in the staff category.

If you don’t want to enter a company name, you can remove it after the topics have been created. Then, Discourse automatically deletes them, but you can undelete them manually.
