# How to export to wordpress

Is there any way to export all my discourse posts and comments into a file so its structured for import into wordpress?

Have you looked at your Profile Activity “Download All” file?

I have not yet looked at mine so I don’t know if it would be enough for what you’re wanting to do. But that is what I’d start with.
