# 如何修复 Ask AI 的空白回复

你能分别尝试以下操作，然后重新运行“ask”吗？

- 在 /safe-mode 中进入安全模式，并禁用主题和主题组件
- 使用整页 Ask AI 功能，而不是搜索下拉框。如果只有下拉框失败，那就能将问题范围缩小到搜索 UI
- 如果你熟悉的话，尝试打开浏览器控制台，看看是否有任何错误
  - 如果没有错误，考虑打开“网络”（Network）选项卡，查找 /message-bus/…/poll 的结果及其“预览”（Preview）选项卡。那里应该有正确的流式结果

- 你的桌面设备和移动设备是否连接在同一个 Wi-Fi 上？请使用相同的账户和查询内容
