Quando un utente risolve un argomento, viene aggiunta una voce alla tabella `user_actions` con il suo `action_type` impostato su `15`.

La seguente query dovrebbe fornirti ciò che stai cercando:

```sql
SELECT
user_id,
COUNT(1) AS solved_count
FROM user_actions
WHERE action_type = 15
GROUP BY user_id
ORDER BY solved_count DESC

```
