# How to get the numbers of users watching/tracking a topic?

Just wondering if it’s possible to calculate that how many users are watching or tracking a particular topic? Also, if it’s possible to get their details (like emails)?

It’s probably possible using the [Data Explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) (although I haven’t seen it done so am speculating). Are you an admin on the site?

I want to find the top 10 most watched topics on the forum for analytics purpose.

It’s for the marketing campaign. By getting emails of particular topics, we get the targetted audience and accordingly can serve them with related content via emails.
