# 如何处理组织角色的变动，参考论坛之前的讨论

我们面临这样一种情况：一位长期志愿者即将卸任。在过去的几年里，在无数次的对话中，他们都被提及为咨询X问题的首选联系人。

我现在意识到，我们当初本应该为此角色创建一个群组，并始终将该群组列为联系方。

我担心的是，这位前志愿者现在不得不处理有关其旧角色的消息。他们可能不介意告诉人们现在应该联系谁（也许是为该角色新创建的群组），但如果他们离线或停止参与论坛，这些询问将无人回应。

这不算一个\_巨大\_的问题，但我想知道是否有技术解决方案能应对我们目前的状况。该志愿者将继续留在论坛中，只是不再担任该角色。
