# 如何处理无法访问的用户？

我有几个用户的电子邮件地址无法访问，因此 Sidekiq 在尝试发送他们的摘要时会充满“450 Message not queued: recipient is suppressed”消息。
我可以给他们发消息，希望他们能登录查看，然后我倾向于关闭他们的摘要偏好设置——但我想知道我是否遗漏了什么更好的方法。我在搜索中没有找到任何内容。

更新/提示：显然，这些用户地址曾一度暂时无法访问——我的电子邮件提供商记录了硬退回，并将它们放入了抑制列表中。当我从抑制列表中清除这些记录后，后续的电子邮件就成功了。
（我将保留我原来的问题，因为这本可能是一个更持久的情况。）
