# How to handle users that don't really read the answers they get?

If language is the problem, have you tried using the translator plugin?

Of course, there is no guarantee that it will work (though with [deepl around the corner](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-translator/32630/197), we can expect translations to get even better), but it might be worth a try.
