我的论坛是由外部提供商搭建的，我还在熟悉 Discourse 的各项功能。
我想在推荐给我的用户之前先试用一下 Discourse 移动应用。我已下载了 Discourse 移动应用，输入了论坛链接，但收到了以下错误提示：
“抱歉，这不是有效的 Discourse 论坛 URL，或者该论坛不支持移动 API。请论坛所有者将 Discourse 升级到最新版本。”
URL 是正确的。
请问有人知道如何让我的论坛支持移动 API 吗？
如何查看我当前使用的 Discourse 版本？
以及如何升级到最新版本？

URL 不应包含 http 或 https。
应用运行良好。我已在其中链接了 5 个网站。
