배너 게시글은 여전히 가능합니다… 이는 환영 배너와 별개의 기능입니다. 해당 기능은 토픽 관리자 메뉴의 “토픽 고정” 모달 안에 있습니다.

옵션은 "배너 토픽으로 만들기"입니다.
