# 如何在 Discourse 服务器上制作备份文件和数据库并上传到 Google Drive？

通常在我的 VPS 上，我有一个命令可以自动备份我所有 **WordPress 站点** 的数据库和文件到 Google Drive。  
我想知道如何对 Discourse 做类似的操作？它的文件存放在哪里？如何将其数据库导出为 gzip 文件？又如何导入呢？
