# 「Sending PMs」를 TL1 대신 TL2로 설정하는 방법?

안녕하세요,
Discourse 설정과 포럼 검색을 확인해 보았지만, 해당 설정을 변경할 장소를 찾을 수 없습니다.
"개인 메시지(PM) 보내기"를 TL1 기능이 아닌 TL2 기능으로 설정하는 것이 가능한가요? (가능하다면 어떻게 해야 하는지 알려 주세요.)
실제로 최근 포럼에서 개인 메시지를 통한 스팸 봇이 등장하기 시작했습니다…
