How to remove AI features in Discourse?

Continuing the discussion from 3.4.0.beta2: Better pageview metrics, multiple category moderator groups, watch chat threads, and more:

Hi, I’d like to know whether we can remove all AI features in Discourse. We do not want anything from third parties in our forum, for confidentiality reasons. Moreover, we dislike the extra power consumption brought about by such features.

The change mentioned in the announcement happened in the Discourse AI repository:

Without the Discourse AI plugin, there won’t be a button.
