Анонимизация должна быть первым шагом.

Если пользователь обращается вежливо и удаление его не оставит огромных пробелов во множестве обсуждений, я обычно удовлетворяю запросы «анонимизации недостаточно, мне нужно удаление», _если они сформулированы разумно_ — в отличие, скажем, от эмоционального ухода с форума.
