I am using Discourse as a support forum, and as such would like to be able to have something like an “open ticket” view so I can see topics that still require attention. I am using the accepted solution plugin so I can do an advanced search with `in:unsolved` but I would also like to be able to add a parameter to the search to find topics where: “the last response is not from me” or “the last response is not from a staff member” Is this possible? Thank you! ---

At the moment the way to do that powerful level of scoping would be the [data explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) plugin. You can create a query and use that to search. ---
