# How to sync posts between two different Discourse sites, and only for specific users

There is the [ActivityPub Plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/activitypub-plugin/266794), but you’d have to install and set it up on both sites.

If there is a simpler way for a site member to just grab a topic and post it to another site on a selected topic or category using the API, I’d be interested in learning about it too!
