`d/migrate` は Docker スクリプトのラッパーです。

共有したコマンドは、実際に実行される Rails コマンドです。

または、実行中のコンテナに入り、Rails コマンドを実行することもできます。

（ただし、テスト環境を対象にする必要はありません！）
