좋네요! 도움 주셔서 감사합니다.

`d/migrate`를 열어보니, 공유해 주신 명령어에서 `LOAD_PLUGINS=1`만 제외하고 나머지는 모두 포함되어 있었습니다. 왜 그걸 빼고도 작동했는지는 잘 모르겠지만, 저한테는 괜찮습니다.
