# How to truncate bounced email log

They don’t take up much space so they aren’t trimmed automatically (or so I think) . You could delete them from the rails console. You might see [Administrative Bulk Operations](https://meta.discourse.org/t/administrative-bulk-operations/118349) for some hints.
