Is that heading also visible in [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true)?

To me, it looks like the heading that should be hidden except for screen readers, which was added in  
[https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/32422](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/32422)
