# Hreflang tags for international targeting

is there any work or thought around adding `hreflang` tags? Google uses these types of tags to match the user’s language preference to the right variation of pages.

I know this is an old topic, however I was just asked this about my forum from the SEO team to see if it is possible to implement. Anyone have any information on this?
