서버에는 2GB의 RAM이 있습니다. 스왑은 추가로 2GB로 설정되어 있습니다.

Ubuntu 16(알고 있습니다)에서 18로 인플레이스 업그레이드를 수행하고, `/var/discourse/containers/app.yml` 파일에 [세 가지 로케일 환경 변수 설정](https://meta.discourse.org/t/postgresql-15-update/349515#p-1698209-lc_collate-values-for-database-postgres-do-not-match-11)을 추가했으며, 이제 PostgreSQL v13 마이그레이션이 성공적으로 완료되었고 최신 버전의 Discourse가 Ubuntu 18에서 정상적으로 실행되고 있습니다.
