@darkpixlz, that resolved it. However, it is inconvenient; all of my routing is based upon the e-mail address’s local part. I’m surprised that Discourse allows me to register an account, but then prevents me registering anything else.
Currently, domains that I have identified as reproductive include:

However, it indeed works with .*\+DiscourseId@PM.Me. Consequently, I’ve added this to:
