# メンバーが新しいトピックを作成できるようにする設定が見つかりません

管理者としてセキュリティやグループ設定も確認しましたが、これを修正する適切な場所が見つかりません。信頼レベル0のグループのメンバーは、投稿に返信することしかできず、新しいスレッドを自分で作成することはできないと言われました。
これを修正するには、どこを探すべきでしょうか？ありがとうございます！

`Max topics in first day`（初日最大トピック数）サイト設定も、新規ユーザーがトピックを作成できないようにする可能性があります。
