# 我收不到论坛的推送通知，并且一些用户收不到汇总邮件。

我猜他们没有收到摘要可能是因为摘要设置（这需要用户一段时间不活跃才能收到摘要），或者用户的个人设置（他们可以选择退出摘要）。🙂

首先，我会比较摘要设置、用户上次活跃时间以及他们的摘要电子邮件偏好（在此处：[https://meta.discourse.org/my/preferences/emails](https://meta.discourse.org/my/preferences/emails) 的 **活动摘要** ）。

至于推送通知，我无法回答，因为我对此一无所知，我从不使用它。
