# 我不理解“发送消息给@username”的设置

我正在探索我的 Discourse 实例并进行配置，在 /review/settings 中发现了这个设置：

不过我不是很明白它的具体含义，有人能帮我解释一下吗？我一直在这里搜索，但如果搜索查询中包含 @{username}，它会搜索该用户名发布的帖子；即使移除它，也查不到任何结果。
