# I feel like there is some odd behavior with user titles, user groups, and setting primary groups

…or maybe I’m misunderstanding the intent of _primary group_.

All users who join under my company domain automatically get added to the user group “company name”, and it sets their group as primary.

Some users, I give access to another group, like “Customer Success”. When I do, I check the option to set it as their primary group. I would expect at that point, with _Customer Success_ as their primary user group, their titles would change to the title listed in the Customer Success user group…but they don’t.

What am I missing?
