# Ik wil dat een niet-medewerker tags toewijst aan onderwerpen -- welke beheerdersstatus moet ik ze geven?

I’m going to hire a contractor to assign tags to untagged topics. I don’t want to give them full admin rights, really only the ability to add tags to topics. Can moderators do this? or some other designation? I’ve tried to promote them to L3 but it’s locked, as they haven’t met certain activity thresholds. :-/

You can promote them to TL3 then just lock their TL until the job is done so they won’t be demoted for not enough activity.
