我想在“最新主题”列表/表中（或所有主题列表）添加一列。这一列将包含一个符号，用于指示某个主题是否已被收藏以及/或是否已获得特定标签（例如，带有 #popular 标签的主题用 🌟 符号表示）。

我想知道是否已有主题组件（或插件）在此处插入额外的列？希望从一个半成品解决方案开始，而不是从零开始。
