Why do you want to change it? We have used PWABuilder in [Publish your community on the Windows Store | Blog](https://meta.discourse.org/t/publish-your-community-on-the-windows-store-blog/220303) and, at the time, it was working just fine in a default Discourse install.

Are you getting any errors? Can you share a screenshot?
