I want a way to open a special section where the customer write the suggestions or a complaint without being seen by anyone other than the administration
I want to open a special section where can't be seen the contents of it except the author of the subject and management
That’s what personal messages are for.
What would probably ease this process would be a special link that automatically starts a PM.
