Just getting my feet wet with Discourse’s capabilities and tools. But the ideas have been flowing pretty steadily for ways to engage communities and start hacking awesome stuff together!

For a variety of reasons, facebook groups don’t serve the purposes of some efforts. But I’m super glad to see how different communities are using Discourse to build their content & knowledge. The product feels really nice to use so far and the discussions around how to deploy have been educational. A _wonderful_ shift from some more locked-down/obfuscated options.

Cheers to the Discourse team and all the contributors! Looking forward to launching an instance and collaborating with others on educational games and DIY instruments for the kiddos.
