I noticed that a longtime user [1] wasn’t showing up in the search menu or when I directly inputted the URL. They might’ve just changed their username without me realizing it, but it could be related to this. Edit: Sorry, the user in mind is Reg, not Ker. I got my forums mixed up. Reg ↩︎

Do I understand right: you are trying to fix a forum without a responsive administrator? You will have to have console access to fix your mail problems. Admins can use the error logging on YOURSIDE/logs which will show error messages for failed jobs. I doubt that you have general problems running…

I’ve seen sidekiq get hung and it’s fixed by rebooting (restarting sidekiq, or easier, rebooting the container or even the vm). There was a recent topic that suggested there could be a fix, so am upgrade couldn’t hurt.
