# Erreur « L'image n'a pas pu être chargée » lors du clic pour zoomer

Oui, cela arrive.

Mais maintenant, lorsque je visite le site web en mode navigation privée, l’image zoome sans problème. Le problème vient-il de mon compte ? Comment puis-je identifier la cause du problème ?
