Just to add, this has caused some confusion again recently:

Links in titles not adding a clickable link for newly created categories

For some categories, creating a topic using a link is not working – or it isn’t supported for some reason. The title placeholder seems to be completely different for the two cases. Working: [Screen Shot 2022-11-06 at 17.59.28] Result: topic title has a clickable link [Screen Shot 2022-11-06 at 18.03.05] Not working: [Screen Shot 2022-11-06 at 17.59.36] Result: topic title does not have a clickable link.
