# Import failing with \`could not create unique index\`

We’ve attempted importing another backup and it failed due to another corrupted index. We’ve reindexed all unique indexes on the original instance and are now experiencing [this issue](https://meta.discourse.org/t/index-users-on-username-lower-error-during-database-restore-import-failed/141737/5) with a handful of users.
