# Verbetering van het Discourse avatar menu

Hi! I’ve noticed that before the Notifications, Replies and Bookmarks etc. panes under the avatar gets populated with stuff, there’s actually a very good explanation there of what you’ll find in them. When I first started using Discourse as an end user, the explanations were already gone when I started exploring those panes, and it would’ve helped me to have those explanations available then, too.

I suggest that when a pane with an explanation of its use gets populated, there should be a line on top saying “what’s this?” and if you tap/click (in my case, tap - I almost always work on my iPhone) on it, the explanation of its use displays in the pane instead, with a closing X.
