# Improving Discourse Native App Push Notifications

If I may add one thing (chances are it’s already on your list): currently, when I click on an android notification, all it does is open the app. I then have to

1. tap on the forum
2. tap on my avatar
3. tap on the new notification

That’s four taps instead of one (or maybe two)…
