I don’t think so. “spec” files are for running Ruby tests.

I’m not 100% clear on exactly what you want to do, but I think it might be possible to do with a CSS customization. eg.

```plaintext
<span id="ember1688" class="ember-view">
 <a href="/badges/107/contributor?username=designbygio">
  <span title="contributed an accepted pull request" data-badge-name="Contributor" id="ember1689" class="user-badge badge-type-bronze ember-view">
   <i class="fa fa-certificate"></i>
   <span class="badge-display-name">Contributor</span>
   <!---->
  </span>
 </a>
</span>
```

the `<a>` could be targetted by the href value, and the `<span>` by its data-badge-name value.

This would mean needing a CSS rule for every Badge, which is less than ideal, but doable.

More work, but better, would be to assign some type of “can be used as a title” class value to an element, or maybe a title attribute to an `<a>` tag.
