对于私人聊天，默认是自动接收每条消息的通知。用户可以为每个聊天线程关闭此功能。

对于频道，默认情况如你所述。用户也可以选择接收每条消息的通知。

我上次查看时，更改默认行为的唯一方法是深入到 Rails 控制台。将其添加到 UI 中可能是一个有价值的功能请求。
