Just one clarification on this part:
I’m thinking this would be about what updates you’ve done, not necessarily the “releases” we make.
So, each time you do an update, a new row appears. It might be for 5 commits within a release. Or it could be from 2026.1.6 → 2026.7.1 if you waited for the first patch release after the next ESR was made to update.
Either way, it’d should you the history of what updates you made to your site previously and the changeset between them.
