# ❤ in js.signup\_cta.value\_prop in Japanese and Chinese

In English the `:heart:` emoji in `js.signup_cta.value_prop` is replaced by ❤

But here on Meta that doesn’t seem to work in Chinese and Japanese

The reason why I am posting this in #Contribute > Site feedback is that it seems to work fine on my forum:

That is strange! I will ask around.

It’s easy to repro. Just read a few topics on meta and wait for the signup CTA to show up, confirm the ❤ is showing correctly, then switch to Japanese or Chnese, and confirm the heart is showing up as `:heart:`emoji.

I think this might be `Enable inline emoji translation`. Toggling that on my site flips between having the ❤ versus `:heart:` for the Japanese translation.
