Hi,

I followed the answer here but still get the problem:

> [@In title, "''' are converted in " ›"](https://meta.discourse.org/t/in-title-are-converted-in/123853):
>
> Here is the bug I’ve got. I write It’s displayed as It’s not a font bug because, the char is in the HTML: Here is a link to post if needed: [Création d'une application mobile.. quelle plateforme, quel environnement, les questions qu'il faut se poser - Mobile - Human Coders Forum](https://forum.humancoders.com/t/creation-dune-application-mobile-quelle-plateforme-quel-environnement-les-questions-quil-faut-se-poser/3035)

I updated Discourse using `/admin/upgrade#/`and with a `git pull` then a rebuild. Did I miss something?

Thanks
