This refactors the TopicsBulkAction spec file to be more concise while maintaini…ng comprehensive test coverage. Changes include: - Fix typo: `fist_post` → `first_post` - Remove unused variables - Consolidate close/archive/unlist tests into parameterized loop - Consolidate notification_level_id validation tests - Rename "perform action silently" to "silent option" to reflect the inverted checkbox meaning from commit 9a76339be6 - Add category watcher notification tests for the silent option - Simplify test structure by removing redundant contexts
