# Include 'first post' setting for embeds. (Or better: 'create topic' embed)

I’d love the embedding-feature to include an option, that allows you to also show the first post of a thread in the embed.  
This feature makes sense, because you can already [list topics](https://meta.discourse.org/t/embed-a-list-of-discourse-topics-onto-an-external-site/293709) based on categories or tags and you can also [embed an already existing topic](https://meta.discourse.org/t/embed-discourse-comments-on-another-website-via-javascript/31963). Because of this combination, there should be the possibility to include the first post in the embed, or even better embed a full “create topic” workflow.

## A valid use-case under a blog article to have multiple threads connected to the article:

A ‘create thread’ button that links to discourse with the hint that you should use a certain tag in order to ‘connect’ the thread to the blog article.  
A list of threads with the tag connected to the blog article.  
If you click a thread in the list, it will open the thread as embed, including the first post.

I realize that there already is a [plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/embedding-topic-posts-include-first-post/172969/5) including the first post, but I think the setting should be in there by default.
