A user asked me if there might be a way to show user location (the one on the profile), under their username on topics and replies. I thought it might be an interesting way for the community to get to know each other a little better. Is something like this possible?

They can click the user image. [Screenshot_2020-04-14 Discourse Meta(1)] becomes… [Screenshot_2020-04-14 Discourse Meta] I include my XMPP address on my site, because I’m :sunglasses: like that.

Sadly this will require a custom plugin, our lightweight user serializer used in lists does not include this data and there is no way for a theme to opt for it at the moment.
