# 개인 카테고리 수신 이메일이 작동하지 않음: Email::Receiver::InsufficientTrustLevelError

지원 이메일 주소를 비공개 카테고리로 연결하는 설정이 "계정이 없는匿名用户에게 이메일 허용"이 체크되어 있더라도 더 이상 작동하지 않는다는 보고를 여러 건 접수했습니다.

아래 두 가지 사이에 모순이 있는 것 같습니다:

- 대상 카테고리에 접근 권한이 없는 기존 사용자가 해당 주소로 이메일을 보내는 경우
- 알려지지 않은 주소가 대상 카테고리로 이메일을 보내는 경우

두 경우 모두 작동해야 하지만, 한 경우에서는 이메일이 Email::Receiver::InsufficientTrustLevelError 오류로 거부됩니다.

이전에는 잘 작동했는데, 이 점이 꽤 성가십니다!
