# Incompatibility of Events with Topic Form and Form Templates

Hello,

I’m encountering bugs with both types of Discourse templates in an “Events” category.

- With a “topic template”: The template doesn’t appear below the event in the composer 😐

- With the form template:  
If a Form template is active: The form replace the event that is normally created automatically in the composer 😭

I assume the issue is likely caused by the fact that both Form Templates and Events are still under development 😘
