Just installed the plugin on one site, it works, and now configuring the second one. Two pointers:

- 320x100 size does not seem to be getting AdSense backfill ads. I am guessing this is a DFP limitation, as such size seems to be “custom”?
- How can I get rid of the **ADVERTISEMENT** text that appears above the banners? It consumes some valuable vertical space, while not adding any value.

Edit: Strange. I am also not getting AdSense backfill for the 320x50, but 320x200 does work. I wonder why is that?
